Registration

* Please click on the registration button and subsequently select the appropriate option. All participants need to register (even if they make a special registration)

• The final day for conference registration is 30. September, 2025.
• The deadline for registration with Early Bird rate is 09. September, 2025.
• Each accepted paper requires at least one of their authors to register at the full registration fee.
• A full registration fee covers only one accepted paper.
• Student discount applies to only currently registered students (with a valid student ID) and it is not valid for covering the publication fee.
• Additional tickets (for conference dinner) for accompanying are person available at the cost of 100 €
• Non participation in parts of the conference does not lead to a reduction or partial refund of the confence fee

Registration Method and Coverage

The registration for CCMCC 2025 is accepted exclusively via online and includes:

• Publication of one accepted paper
• Access to all scientific sessions
• Access to conference catering (lunch, coffee, and snacks)
• Access to the welcome reception on Oct 8
• The conference dinner on Oct 9
• Non-participation in parts of the program does not lead to a reduction in the registration fee.

Payment Methods

• Payment will be realized through eveeno by credit card, bank transfer, or Paypal
• Invoice will be sent after registration from eveeno
• Employees of TU Dresden will receive a form for "Interne Leistungsverrechnung" by individual email. Please do not pay the conference fee to eveeno!

Young People's Scholarship

We offer a limited number of scholarships (covering the registration fee) to young researchers with financial constraints. The target group includes students, post-docs, and assistant professors. To apply, please submit a cover letter, motivating your attendance and the need for financial assistance to ccmcc[dot]sponsorship[at]eclectx[dot]org. The scholarships will be assigned on a first-come first-serve to (the most) eligible applicants on a biweekly bases.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are only accepted in writing (christina.norkus@tu-dresden.de). The date of receipt will be used to determine the applicable refund policy:

• Until September 9, 2025: Refund minus €85.00 is possible
• From September 10, 2025: No refunds; full invoice amount remains payable

Online Participation

From October 1st, registration is possible only for online participation, which gives you access to an online broadcast of the opening ceremony, invited talks and keynotes, whenever possible (we cannot guarantee access). There will be no access to tutorials or technical sessions for online participants.

Please note that this free registration is exclusively for online participation and does not give you access to any parts of the in-person conference.
