Registration

* Please click on the registration button and subsequently select the appropriate option. All participants need to register (even if they make a special registration)

• The final day for conference registration is 25. October, 2026.
• The deadline for registration with Early Bird rate is 18. October, 2026.
• Each accepted paper requires at least one of their authors to register at the full registration fee.
• A full registration fee covers only one accepted paper.
• Student discount applies to only currently registered students (with a valid student ID) and it is not valid for covering the publication fee.
• Non participation in parts of the conference does not lead to a reduction or partial refund of the confence fee

Registration Method and Coverage

The registration for CCMCC 2026 is accepted exclusively via online and includes:

• Publication of one accepted paper
• Access to all scientific sessions
• Access to conference catering (lunch, coffee, and snacks)
• Access to the welcome reception on Oct 28
• The conference dinner on Oct 29
• Non-participation in parts of the program does not lead to a reduction in the registration fee.

Payment Methods

• Payment will be realized through eveeno by credit card, bank transfer, or Paypal
• Invoice will be sent after registration from eveeno

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are only accepted in writing (asif_ali.khan@tu-dresden.de). The date of receipt will be used to determine the applicable refund policy:

• Cancellation is only possibl til October 18, 2026. Afterwards is NOT possible.
