Submission Guidelines

Full papers (both long and short papers) must present original research that has not been published or submitted elsewhere. Papers should be submitted in PDF format and adhere to the conference's formatting requirements. All submitted papers must be formatted in IEEE Conference format (single-spaced, two-column, 10pt font size), and must confrom to the length specification for the respective paper type:

• Full Papers:
  Long Papers: 10-12 pages (excluding references)
  Short Papers: 4-6 pages (excluding references)
• Extended Abstracts: 1 page
• Tutorial Proposals: 2-4 pages
• Workshop Proposals: 2-4 pages

Review Process and Proceedings

All submitted full papers go through a single-blind review process and must fulfill the requirements of IEEE Xplore. All accepted papers presented in the conference will be included in the proceedings and submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore. Papers that are not presented will be excluded from the proceedings^*, and publication by IEEE and inclusion in Xplore are conditional on meeting all IEEE requirements. Accepted extended abstract will only be invited for presentation but will not be included in the official conference proceedings.

^* The organizing team is aware of and is working on a potential solution for people with justifiably extreme travel difficulties (e.g., non-US citizens living in the US who may not be able to return upon leaving the country).
